Planning: Time Plan

This is the time plan that I have been following for the print work and for the planning of the music video:

Date	People Needed	Task
16th November		Begin casting people for the digipack and video. Look on Facebook and get images.
17th November	Whole Cast	Inform the cast of what dates they are needed for (Send Facebook mail)
19th November		Plan for the print work: Sort out costumes (What? Where?)
21st November	Liv, Em, Sam and Leah	Take images for the digipack (Milly’s house)
23rd November		Look through all of the photos and choose the best ones to use. Begin editing and choose fonts and colour schemes.
24th November		Continue editing photos. Find members of target audience for focus group and film.
25th November		Upload film footage onto computer. Start Digipack.
26th November		Digipack.
3rd December		HAND IN DRAFT OF DIGIPACK.
