Preparing and Planning

When preparing for the lip sync exercise, we had to ensure that we knew all of the lyrics to the song that we chose to perform. I chose to mime to 'Bonnie Tyler- Total Eclipse of the Heart' and Annabel and Emma mimed to 'Rhianna- Umbrella'.

We also planned to use a fan in my video, to create a 'wind swept' affect.

Filming

When we started filming, we had to set the camera up on a tripod, so that it remained steady throughout. We also had to decide where we should place the fan to ensure that it was out of shot.

Working with Performers

When filming, we found the Annabel was quite nervous before she performed. I therefore learnt from this that the whole experience can be nerve racking and the performer can feel quite self concious.

Technology

We used Adobe Premier Pro 2.0 to edit the video. We had used this software before, so we had a rough idea of how to use it. My video was reasonably easy to edit, but annabel;s was harder.
